My name is Jamilah, I am 24 and a rising senior at York College. My major is Black Studies and I created this blog as a project for my Digital Storytelling class. I don’t currently have a niche but I have considered making influencer content for some time. For me, influencers are most enjoyable when they exhibit their normal self and draw in viewers that relate. Some things you’ll learn about me are that I have Caribbean heritage, love the gym, and enjoy all forms of creative expression – whether it be art, gardening, dance, writing, etc. I intend to use this blog to experiment with what that could look like, using work I have done in this class.
